Hello Hawk Families,

Online Registration (OLR) for 2023-2024 is now open.

Please register at your earliest convenience. If you have any questions or challenges, please call Angela @ 505-821-4981 and we will help you problem solve. 

Here are some reminders for registering:

The Synergy/ParentVue URL's changed back in April so make sure you have updated your bookmarks.

The "Online Registration" tab is located in your ParentVUE.

Please update all information in the Registration when the 2023-2024 window opens.

Students must be Registered with documents uploaded before they are assigned a teacher. 

*Returning students will need to upload 2 proofs of address (see list of options below).
*Transfer students do NOT need to provide a proof of address. 
*NEW STUDENTS to APS will need to upload all documents (as listed below, for kindergarten).
If your student is NOT returning to Hubert Humphrey, please contact the office to let us know where they will be going to school so we can update our records.

*KINDERGARTEN: Required Documents:
Child must be 5 years old before September 1.
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- 2 Proofs of Address 
Property Deed - Mortgage Statement - Property Tax Bill or Current Rental Agreement.
AND
PNM - Gas - Cable/Satellite/Direct TV -- Internet - Bank Statement. (in parents name and dated within the past 30 days.)
