ONLINE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Online Registration is available through ParentVue.

 

All students need:

  1. Two (2) proofs of residency or approved transfer documents

  2. Emergency contact info

  3. Most recent Immunization records

 

Parents NEW to APS will need to create a ParentVue account at enroll.aps.edu

 

Kindergarten and students new to APS will additionally need: 

 4. Birth Certificate

 5. Information about previously attended school(s)

 

IMPORTANT: DO NOT SUBMIT REGISTRATION EARLY

 

Registration submitted before March 30th is for the 2021/2022 school year and will have to be re-submitted on or after March 30th

 

Proof of Residency Requirements for ALL Students

 

Please submit TWO documents for proof of residency. If you have an approved transfer, please submit approved transfer documents instead of proof of residency documents.

 

Acceptable documents are listed below; please submit one document from each list. Documents must be in the name and address of the parent or guardian; if applicable (i.e. for utility bills or mortgage payments), please include the date of the document. 

 

Note: If one of your documents will be a mortgage payment, utility bill, or bank statement, these documents must be dated from June 10th, 2022 or later. All other documents may be submitted at the time of registration (beginning March 30th).

Property Deed

Utility Bill (Water, Gas, or Electricity accepted); dated within 60 days of August 10th, 2022

Mortgage payment; dated within 60 days of August 10th, 2022

Current NM Driver’s License, ID Card, or Military ID with current address listed

Bernalillo County Property Tax bill; dated within the past year

Phone bill (LANDLINE only, no cell phone bills accepted); dated within 60 days of August 10th, 2022

Current Lease / Rental Agreement

A bank statement; dated within 60 days of August 10th, 2022
